Your data is processed without requiring explicit consent under Article 5(2) of the KVKK, on the following grounds:
- (c): Directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract — your request initiates pre-contractual discussion.
- (ç): Necessary for compliance with a legal obligation of the data controller.
- (f): Legitimate interests, provided that fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.
Completing the form is not mandatory; you may also contact us directly by email.
5. Method of Collection
This website contains no data-collecting form. The links on the contact page open a draft email in your own email application, with the subject and a template prepared; you decide whether to send it.
No data is therefore transmitted to us through the site and nothing is written to any database. Your personal data reaches us only when you send the email, limited to the content you send.
6. Transfers
Your personal data is never sold, transferred or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Emails you send us are stored on our corporate email infrastructure. As the website is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure, connection data such as your IP address may be processed technically on servers located outside Türkiye; we do not use that data to identify you.
Where legally required, data may be transferred to authorised public institutions.
7. Retention Period
No records are held on the site itself. Any email you send is retained in our corporate mailbox for as long as the purpose of your request requires; where a commercial relationship is established, the limitation and retention periods prescribed by applicable legislation (Turkish Commercial Code, Tax Procedure Law) apply.
Once that period expires, or upon your request, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. You may request deletion of your correspondence at any time by writing to the address below.
8. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may apply to the data controller to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information if it is
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion or destruction of data within the conditions set by law
- Request that corrections and deletions be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred
- Object to an adverse outcome arising from analysis carried out solely by automated systems
- Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing
9. Making an Application
You may submit your requests in writing to the address above, or from the email address registered in our records to info@ivmeilerisavunma.com, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
Your application will be concluded within thirty days at the latest. Where the process incurs an additional cost, a fee within the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
